Grandma & Grandpa Payne Came to Visit
Ed's parents came into town for the weekend to visit with us. Ed's mom leaves in a few weeks for South America. She'll be teaching there for 6 months, so this is the last time she will see Samuel for awhile. We had a fun time hanging out at the house, visiting the Brookfield Zoo, and eating dinner with Ed's brother David.

you're always such a pretty pregnant woman! can't wait to see the new baby!
You look so good! I can't believe your pregnancy is going by so fast!! Of course I couldn't believe my own went by so fast. I told Andy over Christmas, "Just think, this time last year we were just telling everyone we were expecting, and now here we are with a 4 month old!" I can't wait to see Samuel's little sibling! I also wanted to recommend a book to you. It's called, "I'm a Big Brother" by Joanna Cole. We read it to James almost everyday before Samantha got here....it really helped him learn the phrase, "I big brother". It's gender neutral as far as the baby goes so it's perfect for reading to Samuel whether you're having a boy or a girl!
