Well, we've almost made it through our second trimester. Just as my belly is blooming, summer seems to be blooming all around us. Ed and I headed to Duke Gardens this past weekend to spend some time together in the beautiful North Carolina outdoors. I had Ed snap some pics of me with the roses. The belly is growing. The shirt makes it a little difficult to tell how big my belly really is, but I am definitely starting to stick out more and DEFINITELY starting to feel the baby more. Even though it took him/her a long time to get moving, he/she is really making up for it now. I was sitting in church on Sunday and my forearm was resting on my belly. The baby kicked so hard it made my arm bounce! Very cool feeling.
