From Farm...
to Freezer...
We ordered a whole cow this year. We shared it with two other families. We took a half, and they each took a quarter. This is a grass-fed, hormone- and antibiotic-free cow for under $4/pound. And it is TASTY!
I'm so excited for you! We bought a half a cow a few years ago and loved it! I wish I could do that now, but our tiny European freezer would hold about 1/300th of a cow. Oh well!
