Building the Deck

Ed snapped some photos of his progress on the deck. Here's the under structure after he pulled up the old boards and ripped off all the railing:

 

The scrap pile (which now resides behind our garage and gets taken out to the curb little by little each week):

 

And the remains of that red paint we spilled on the deck awhile ago:

It took one day for demolition and then just a day and a half to build the new deck (and I'm sure there were coffee and lunch breaks in there too!). Way to go Ed!!
