Do Christmas

On the Saturday after Thanksgiving we went to Menard's and bought a tree. We went for the cheapest one there - $17.99 for the White Pine. It's a little shabby looking around the bottom, but it serves its purpose. It currently has very few ornaments around the bottom 1/3 - the boys have taken them all off. We put up the tree that night and decorated it. We sat with Samuel at the base of the tree and ate the Christmas cookies he and I had made that day. He was so excited to "do Christmas".
